You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our express written consent.
We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Axiom Digital Systems Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any financial insights provided by our tools.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Axiom Digital Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of our services.
You have the absolute right to revoke our access to your banking data at any time. You can disconnect your bank directly within the Modo Insight app via the "Manage Connections" screen, or by contacting our support team. Upon revocation, we will cease pulling new data and initiate a complete purge of your existing financial data within our 72-hour regulatory window.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, including the Modo Insight app, for any user at our sole discretion, including for suspicious activity, potential security threats, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
